The abandoned Huber Breaker is a magnificent cathedral of coal. It has a vast and imposing structure coated in tar to provide resistance to rust, but it also sucks up light like a black hole. The effect is startling. It stands out starkly against the rolling countryside like a giant anthracite tombstone for generations of Pennsylvania coal miners.  A few more shots from my brief visit are here: http://miketully.smugmug.com/Other/Latest-Stuff/20987673_j24gHB#!i=1668070348&k=VWKv5k8
